Katri Mullaly
President
Katri has been an active member of CCWA since its creation and has been leading the organization since 2020. She leverages her diverse skill set to help women navigate their professional and personal journeys, emphasizing the importance of being kind, showing up, thinking beyond the box, keeping it real with a bit of humor, and community connection. Her favorite phrase is “Amazing things happen when Cape Cod women come together”!
Her professional background spans a wide array of sectors and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Facilities for Barnstable Public Schools providing support to 9 schools and loving every minute of it! In her spare time, with her business Sisukat Designs, she facilitates “Creative Mingles” which are social gatherings to bring women together to explore, foster and reawaken their creativity through meaningful interactive experiences.
Katri is a native Cape Codder living in Marstons Mills with her husband, Billy, and their rescue dog, Sequoia and two cats, Loki and Yoshi. Katri is the proud mother of Josh and Christa and grandmother of her 3-year old grandson, Roland, who is an adorable bundle of energy bringing laughter and joy when he comes to visit. She is an avid fan of the band “Neighbor”, where her son-in-law, Dan, plays the bass. When she’s not working or socializing, you can find her playing with her dog, creating something, doing a puzzle, and sometimes taking a nap!
Jillian Russo
Vice President
Jillian is a Cape Cod native, entrepreneur, and dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment. As the owner of Quench Training for Women, Jillian carries on a multi-generational legacy in the fitness industry, specializing in strength training that transforms the lives of women over 40.
Beyond the gym, Jillian serves as the Vice President of the Cape Cod Women’s Association (CCWA), where she fosters professional growth and connection among local entrepreneurs. Whether she is hosting the Quench Life Podcast or leading community workshops, Jillian’s mission is to provide women with the tools, strength, and confidence to lead vibrant, impactful lives.
Crystal Mucci
Assistant Treasurer
Crystal Mucci is a native Cape Codder and small business owner based in Sandwich. She runs CRM Bookkeeping & Consulting and co owns Southcoast Lasersmith. She enjoys connecting with other local business owners and being part of the Cape’s small business community. Known for her problem solving mindset, Crystal values finding practical solutions and helping others move forward with confidence.
Crystal is happy to serve as Assistant Treasurer for the Cape Cod Women’s Association. She appreciates the strong sense of community and the opportunity to be surrounded by supportive, inspiring women who encourage one another to grow.
Paula
Secretary
Paula’s lifelong connection to Cape Cod became a full-time reality in 2020, leading her to settle in North Falmouth with her family. As a public adjuster, Paula advocates for home and business owners to ensure they receive the full value of their property claims. Paula is committed to fostering community and professional growth among women on the Cape.
Bringing extensive experience in business and nonprofit leadership, she values clear communication and connection, and is honored to serve on the CCWA Executive Board in support of its mission.
Lisa
Treasurer
Lisa Sanderson spent her childhood summers vacationing on Cape Cod, always dreaming of owning her own slice of paradise. In 2021, that dream became a reality when she purchased her Cape house. In July 2024, she made the permanent move to South Yarmouth alongside her husband Steve, daughter Lindsey, two dogs, and a cat. Professionally, Lisa is a member of the MarchandCFO team, where she provides CFO consulting and bookkeeping services to clients both on and off the Cape. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lisa actively engages with the local community, forging connections and building relationships throughout the Cape. She serves on the board for Networking Group USA’s Barnstable Chapter and participates in the Breakfast of Champions networking group. Additionally, as a Senior Ambassador with FOREVER, Lisa assists individuals in digitizing their cherished photos and media, offering guidance on preserving precious memories. She is also a passionate Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, hosting card-making classes and scrapbooking events. Lisa is proud to contribute to her community as the Treasurer of CCWA.
